Megan's little girl, Chloe, just had her two year birthday. This girl LOVES Spongebob!! You can start out singing the theme song and she will sing along with you. She knows all the characters on the cartoon. It's pretty darn cute, we all love to quiz her, and get her singing the song. With that being said, I've known for a long time what I was going to do for her birthday cake, who else but Spongebob.
I had a lot of fun putting this cake together. We were actually watching Chloe the night I started building it. I did the "Krabby Patty" first, and when Chloe saw what I was doing (the patty was mostly done at this time) she yells out "Krabby Patty!" I never told her what I was making, she just knew it was a krabby patty. I finsished all the details at my house, but didn't what to risk the drive down to Megan's house with spongebob all put together, just for it to fall apart. I took everything down to Megan's and built it up there. When it was all done, the kids just loved it. They wanted to touch everything, especially the Krabby Patty. It was so much fun, for me, to see the kids reaction to the cake. Then the party started, and I got to see the reaction on the older kids and the grown ups, it was very rewarding. I think I like doing cakes because of the challenge they offer me, then the reward at the end. It's very rewarding!! I can't say it enough.
I wanted to show this cake, because I impressed myself with it and I wanted everyone else to see it, so there you go, and if I get more nerve up, I will post more of my cakes.

You did an awesome job! I'm very impressed!
