Grandma M's Christmas Village

Grandma collects several new pieces through out the year, so when she finally puts them up in December, everyone tries to find the new pieces. The detail that is put into each individual piece is amazing. We all sit and stare in awe over the whole village.

The kids all scare us. "Don't touch, just look" is repeated over and over again. Grandma also has a train that is in the middle of it all. Matthew is LOVING trains (thanks to Polar Express). So I can't decide if putting it in the middle was a good idea or not. He tries so hard to touch it, but it's always just out of reach, so I am then worried about him falling into the village pieces in front. Over all, the kids actually do real well in not touching any of it.
